Specialist (m/f) for machine/plant maintenance

Then you are exactly right with us! As a maintenance specialist, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

A brief introduction to our versatile machine park, because with us, no plant exists twice:

• 2 large fully automatic molding plants (custom builds) in the sand foundry, incl. sand preparation, several melting furnaces (electric and gas-heated), ventilation and filter systems and much more.

Casting fixtures and furnaces in the die casting plant

• 2 complete heat treatment plants
• Core shooting machines, incl. sand preparation
• Forging machines (presses incl. furnaces) and press brakes as well as automatic sawing machines in the forging plant
• 10 CNC turning and milling centers in mechanical processing and toolmaking
• Numerous other machines/plants such as sandblasting and X-ray inspection plants, compressed air compressors with the associated network, storage devices, forklifts as well as smaller machines and devices

Your challenge:

• Maintenance work and preventive maintenance as well as short-term repairs and fault rectification on the entire machine park
• Close cooperation with the various production departments and external service technicians
• Support in the planning and installation of new investments (No cleaning/caretaker activities)

Your profile

• Manual, mechanical vocational training (e.g., agricultural, machine mechanic or similar)
• Experience in the field of electrics/electronics is an advantage
• Enjoyment of high independence and personal responsibility
• Reliable, exact, expeditious and creative way of working as well as organizational talent
• Willingness to perform assignments outside of usual working hours in exceptional cases
