Kompass is an innovative work integration program in thurgauischen Bischofszell. 28 motivated employees are committed to the professional reintegration of approx. 150 unemployed, exhausted (ausgesteuert), as well as persons registered with the IV.
Our program has various, exciting work areas. Additionally, we offer individual supporting modules such as placement, counseling, and training.

Department Head for our Administration 80% (Mo-Do)

Versatile tasks are offered:

• Leadership of the admin team
• Responsibility for correspondence with authorities and our job seekers
• Pivot point for our departments
• Ensuring the telephone and counter service
• General administrative work
• Maintenance of the homepage
• Administrative responsibility for the deployment of up to four civil service workers (Zivildienstleistende)
• Possibility for QB and internal auditor

Versatile personality is sought:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of professional and leadership experience
• Organizational talent, team player, resilient, reliable
• Precise working style, good logical thinking skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Very good Office skills
• Positive, friendly appearance
