Then don't wait any longer and join us!* We are looking for the CMS d'Avenches at a rate between 50%-60%, an ASSC Mission : • Collaborate on the medico-social care project (support in the form of help and care) based on respect for the principle of the person's autonomy. • Participate in monitoring the evolution of the client's situation, in collaboration with the client, the entourage, the interdisciplinary team, and the treating physicians. • Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household help, and family help. Profile : • Have a CFC of ASSC. • Have, if possible, experience in home care. • Be available to work during the day, in the evening, and on weekends. • Be able to work autonomously and interdisciplinarity. • Hold a driver's license and possess a vehicle (possibility of using a professional vehicle). • Knowledge of German would be an asset.
