Activities:
You play a key role in the smooth running of the municipality:
Collaborate in planning and organizing road maintenance activities and municipal construction sites.
Supervise and support the team, ensure personnel follow-up, and promote a good working climate.
Control the quality and safety of the work performed.
Prepare estimates, excavation permits, and ensure the administrative follow-up of construction sites.
Manage event equipment and ensure the proper use of tools.
Replace the road supervisor in their absence.
Desired profile:
CFC in a construction trade or a title deemed equivalent.
Training as a works driver.
Proven experience in a position of responsibility with personnel management.
Driving license cat. C + E and machinist's license.
Residence in Switzerland allowing one to be at the workplace in less than 15 minutes.
Good mastery of French (oral and written) and standard IT tools.
Sense of organization, ability to manage multiple tasks, and stress resistance.
Availability for winter on-call duty.
