Construction Manager Building Construction

Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Construction Manager for a permanent position

Your challenge:

• Cost estimation, comparison of offers, works contracts, construction administration
• Schedule planning and on-site construction management
• Cooperation with internal teams and external partners
• Support of the clients
• Ensuring compliance with construction standards, regulations and budgets

What you bring with you:

• Completed construction management school or comparable qualification
• Professional experience
• Sound knowledge in construction technology and structural design
• Confident handling of Messerli software
• Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
• Career changers from related construction professions are also welcome
