Administrator for Energy Subsidy Programs (60%–100%) CimArk SA manages the national offices ProKilowatt and EffEL on behalf of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (BFE). These programs promote electricity saving measures nationwide among companies, households and electricity suppliers. In doing so, we make a concrete contribution to the implementation of the Federal energy strategy. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as: Administrator for Energy Subsidy Programs (60%–100%) Your tasks: You process subsidy applications and inquiries from all over the country; you are the first contact person for our customers and answer their inquiries by telephone and in writing; you ensure careful and efficient administrative processing of our subsidy programs; you organize your work independently, set priorities and work closely with your team colleagues; you support the cooperation with the BFE and contribute to ensuring and continuously developing efficient, transparent and rule-compliant processes. Your profile: Several years of experience in customer service or in an administrative function. Confident German in spoken and written form as well as good French; contact with customers and a strong service orientation. Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working. Initiative and the ability to work independently. Interest in energy and sustainability topics is an advantage.
