Operations Technician (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Production division, we are looking for an Operations Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to coordinate and supervise the various activities of the production workshop - machining and finishing. Associated with the entire production process, they are able to integrate into a specialized multidisciplinary team and collaborate with support services. They participate collegially in the steering and animation of flow performance across the axes of quality, costs, and deadlines. Furthermore, they are the guarantor of employee training processes. *Responsibilities* ## • Guarantee the proper functioning and performance of production means while respecting the objectives of the sector, • Provide daily support to the workshop trades in case of technical and quality difficulties, • Be the technical respondent for the area, analyze risks, communicate them to the workshop, and follow up on them, • Manage tooling and consumables, • Define and maintain indicators, • Lead and animate the various technical meetings, • Guarantee the reliability of the workshop's master data and compliance with procedures, • Analyze production data and ensure the reliability of entries in our information system, • Verify the compliance of new tools and new processes, • Participate in the qualification of new products, continuous improvement actions, as well as the optimization of operating procedures. *Profile* ## • ES Technician diploma or a diploma deemed equivalent, • First experience in the industrial field, • Knowledge of quality problem-solving tools (8D, Pareto, etc ...), • Ability to analyze significant amounts of data, • Strong team spirit, attentive and autonomous, • Excellent written and oral communication, • Watchmaking experience and project management notions: an asset, • SAP skills: an asset.
