Since the implementation of such a transformation project depends on various internal and external factors, there may be delays. In this case, there is the possibility to extend the limitation until December 31, 2027, if necessary. In this role you coordinate and process export orders from registration to customs clearance to timely delivery of shipments. you create shipping, export, and customs documents and ensure correct and legally compliant processing. you organize transports with freight forwarders and adapt shipping solutions to the requirements of our customers. you monitor ongoing shipments, keep an eye on deadlines, and proactively inform internal contacts about the status. you maintain and manage customs master data such as customs tariff numbers and countries of origin and support import controls. you identify optimization potential in customs and export processes and support the Customs team in administrative and organizational tasks. Your profile - more than just expertise. Professional experience in export and shipping processing - further training in the field of export, foreign trade, or customs is an advantage. Secure handling of customs software as well as a good understanding of customs and export processes. Very good German and good English skills in word and writing.
