With your expertise, you ensure that our employees can count on correct payroll and professional HR service month after month. You manage the payroll area independently. In operational HR, you work closely with our HR management and contribute where your know-how makes the difference.
These activities excite you
Our payroll is in your hands – from monthly wage processing to the annual closing to statutory reports and evaluations.
You ensure a smooth process in all matters related to social insurance, HR administration and the employee lifecycle.
You keep Abacus on course: You ensure high data quality, are responsible for time management, check working hours and expenses and ensure clean closings.
As a reliable contact person, you provide competent support to employees, managers as well as authorities and insurance companies in German and French.
Together with the HR management, you further develop processes, participate in projects and ensure that our HR is also efficiently and professionally positioned tomorrow.
What distinguishes you
Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration as well as sound knowledge of labor and social insurance law.
Routine in handling Abacus, stylish German as well as very good French skills.
A self-reliant, structured and precise way of working, combined with discretion, sense of responsibility and a high quality standard.
You are reliable – even when extra commitment is needed, during the substitution of the HR management or during labor-intensive phases.
