An additional infection caused by germs can be dangerous for our patients and residents. Our cleaning team therefore assumes a particular responsibility. As germs are transmitted very quickly by hands or surfaces, professional and appropriate cleaning and elimination are particularly important for us.

This is where you commit

• Ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality conduct of daily activities (care center and external establishments)
• Coordination of daily work
• Guarantee compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Personnel management in daily activities (approximately 25 people)
• First point of contact for employees and clients regarding daily affairs
• Practical participation in cleaning
• Integration and support of new employees
• Contribution to continuous improvement of processes
• Participation in projects

You

• have completed professional training in the field of domestic economy/hospitality, facility services, or building cleaning, or a comparable qualification (an asset)
• have several years of professional experience in cleaning or domestic economy, preferably in the healthcare sector
• are able to plan, organize, and prioritize work tasks
• are able to analyze problems and develop practical solutions
• are proficient in common computer programs
• are proficient in German, both spoken and written
