• You have the technical responsibility for LPP affairs in the Agence générale
• You do the follow-up and development (acquisition) of the existing Large Enterprises clientele
• You support the Agent général and the Client Advisors for the exploitation of the market
• You support the Agent général and the Client Advisors technically and administratively
• You prepare and conduct information sessions for clients
• You participate in the training of internal and external employees
• You collaborate on business development projects
• You perform administrative activities related to your position, with the support of AXA and modern monitoring tools
• As a member of the management of the Agence générale, you participate in management meetings and the implementation of objectives and agency life

What you bring

• Thanks to your customer advisory orientation, you are able to understand the needs of your interlocutors, their challenges and their doubts. You know how to listen and identify needs in order to propose the best tailor-made solutions
• You possess several years of experience in advising on 2nd pillar solutions and the follow-up of Corporate clients
• With a great affinity for investment solutions and financial products, you are undeniably a specialist in your field
• With an excellent spirit of initiative, you demonstrate proactivity on a daily basis. You are autonomous and a source of proposals
• Your contribution to the team results is a driver for you
• Your domicile must be located in the concerned activity zone, you have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a vast network in the region
• You master French and English both orally and in writing, German is a serious advantage
• You are comfortable with common computer systems as well as in learning new digital tools
