For the management and further development of our properties, we are looking for a Head of Real Estate and Properties (100 %) with communication skills and assertiveness.

Your tasks

Your new area of responsibility is a varied combination of project management, real estate management, and leadership. At the center of this versatile function are our two office properties, which will be renovated, optimized, and reoccupied in the coming years. You are responsible for the technical and organizational further development; you lead and coordinate the upcoming renovation, refurbishment, and reoccupation projects. Planning and implementation of space, area, and occupancy concepts and the coordination of planners, contractors, craftsmen, and other external partners is your daily bread. The optimization of processes within the property management and the ensuring of continuous technical operation, maintenance, and upkeep round off the profile.

You are a communication-strong and team-oriented person who is looking for a versatile key function with high creative freedom and implements our already concrete renovation and development projects with much joy and very structuredly. You specifically seek the opportunity to actively help build and further develop a small property management department. You are characterized by a hands-on mentality and enjoy leading a small team. Short decision-making paths and a lot of personal responsibility are a plus for you.
