Fiduciary Mandate Manager (80 – 100 %)

Your tasks

• You maintain financial and payroll accounting, prepare annual financial statements according to OR as well as tax returns for companies and private individuals – independently and with a high standard of quality.
• Step by step, you take over the management of SME mandates across all industries and become the central contact person for these clients.
• You accompany your clients with business management and tax law questions and involve our specialists from the other locations in special cases.
• You work closely with your colleagues. With us, one does not just work with each other, but for each other – and thinks beyond one's own mandate.

Your profile

• Commercial basic training and a professional diploma (Fachausweis) or expert diploma in fiduciary services – or you are close to completion
• At least 3 years of experience in a fiduciary company; confident in maintaining accounts and preparing financial statements according to OR
• You have already managed mandates largely independently and now want to grow into mandate management – or already bring this experience with you.
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact; you appear professionally and solution-oriented
• You work independently, plan proactively and maintain an overview even in intensive phases
