As Head of Outgoing Goods w/m/d, you will take on an important role in ensuring the optimal flow of goods until loading. You will promote the internal quality requirement with your team of 40 employees and ensure the harmonization of the internal supply chain. You will report directly to the COO and be responsible for the following tasks: Leadership and development of the team in the daily operative business in the warehouse center, as well as support for personnel recruitment including conversation management for future team members Improvement and development of internal logistical processes, Identification and realization of optimization and savings potential through KVP and Lean SCM, Implementation of project and change management in digitalization and automation of IT projects, Participation in shaping and management of medium and long-term logistics projects throughout the company, Creation of the role of Security Officer/SIBE in the operation as well as the lived experience of quality and safety standards, Our requirements to tackle these comprehensive tasks are: You bring an ideal backpack with a logistical, technical, or commercial basic education with further training as a certified logistics specialist, certified supply chain manager, or equivalent, Proven logistics professional with several years of experience and performance record, Experience in managing multiple logistics areas and internal interfaces, Fundamental knowledge of ERP, LVS, and e-commerce, Negotiation skills in German, both spoken and written, Personality: You communicate authentically, emphatically, and motivating with enthusiasm.
