To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a Head of Systems Engineering (80 – 100%) Your tasks Conception, construction, operation and monitoring of the ICT infrastructure in the areas of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, SCCM packaging, Storage Management, DNS/DHCP, SharePoint, certificate management etc. Further development and operation of the network and the security firewall infrastructure. Engineering and elaboration of technical concepts (e.g., support in the implementation of our Microsoft365 strategy). Functional and personnel leadership responsibility (3 System Engineers). Supplier management of the various external partners in the area of ICT infrastructure. Leadership or participation in ICT projects. Process responsibility for IT service management processes and their further development. Your profile Experienced IT System Engineer with good knowledge in the areas listed above. Completed training as an IT specialist at HF/FH level. Good knowledge in the service management area (ITIL 3.0 or 4.0). Leadership experience in a comparable function. Enthusiastic, communicative, customer-oriented. Independent, methodical, responsible and solution-oriented way of working. Certifications in the Microsoft area are an advantage (Server, Exchange, AD etc.). Certification in the project management area is an advantage (IPMA D etc.).
