Then you have come to the right place at the Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons Bern. A traineeship position is available at the Jugendanwaltschaft Berner Jura-Seeland in Biel. The internship lasts 6 months with an employment degree of 80-100%. Your tasks <br /> • Protocolling interrogations • Creating orders to discontinue and orders of non-commencement • Creating summary penalty orders and indictments • Creating party submissions • Legal clarifications in the field of criminal and criminal procedural law <br /> Your profile A requirement for a legal internship is the successful completion of a Master's degree in law. You are interested in criminal and criminal procedural law, possess quick comprehension skills, and are characterized by a structured and efficient way of working. In addition, you are resilient and flexible. Due to your communicative and open nature, it is easy for you to integrate into a team. You are a native German speaker with a confident command of style. We offer you As an intern at a Jugendanwaltschaft in Bern, Thun, Burgdorf or Biel incl. Antenne in Moutier, you will process, in close cooperation with the Jugendanwältinnen and Jugendanwälte, all cases committed by youths between the ages of 10 -- 18. The offenses to be investigated include all offenses of the Strafgesetzbuch and the Nebenstrafrecht, namely road traffic and narcotics offenses, provided they can be committed by youths. In addition to the tasks during the investigation (interrogations, coercive measures, etc.), penal enforcement and (precautionary) protective measures, and thus interdisciplinary cooperation (jurists -- social workers -- institutions -- authorities -- parents), make up a large part of the daily work.
