What I move ##

• You will lead the Motion Control production in Frauenfeld technically and personally and specifically develop a team of around 25 employees.
• You are responsible for the timely provision of our high-quality sales products and ensure a reliable supply of components and semi-finished products.
• You continuously optimize processes, availability, and efficiency and use Lean methods specifically to strengthen quality, productivity, and sustainability.
• As a member of the Order Fulfillment management team, you actively help shape cross-departmental processes and contribute to a high-performance value chain.

What is required ##

• You bring leadership experience in an industrial production environment and know how to win, promote, and align employees towards common goals with a natural, motivating manner.
• You think in terms of quality, cost, and process orientation, have a sound understanding of manufacturing processes as well as purchasing, scheduling, and production organization, and recognize optimization potential early on.
• You convince through a hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, assertiveness, as well as good English skills and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
