Activity + First point of contact for plant and application-related customer inquiries + Fault diagnosis and problem solving via telephone as well as through evaluation of machine data + Processing of service orders from cost estimate to invoicing + Coordination of extended diagnoses with internal specialist departments + Planning, organization and execution of service deployments • Requirements + Completed vocational training as a mechatronics engineer, automatiker/in or comparable qualification + Methodical and analytical approach to fault analysis and rectification + Secure German and English language skills in word and writing + Willingness to travel occasionally in the country and abroad, especially in Europe + Good knowledge in handling PC applications, especially the Office package • Offer + Independent and versatile activity in an innovative international company + Open corporate culture and dynamic work environment with high technological standards + Further development of service processes and know-how in a market-leading company
