Senior Jurist / Juristin Bilingual German French (70% - 100%)

Your daily work:

• With us, you don't just solve legal cases. You advise, negotiate, and ensure comprehensive legal protection for our customers with tailor-made strategies and creative solutions
• You represent our private and corporate clientele with a focus on either the areas of contract or labor law, tenancy law, as well as property and neighbor law (knowledge in other legal areas such as road traffic or insurance law is an advantage)
• You are the central contact person for external female and male lawyers and conduct negotiations with opposing parties as well as authorities
• You draft submissions outside the legal monopoly and take responsibility for high-quality case processing
• As a Senior Juristin / Jurist, you support colleagues with technical questions and promote internal know-how development
• In addition to case processing, you can take on additional responsibility, for example, in the active development of our services and processes, the support of our lawyer network, the mentoring of trainees, or in projects

What you bring with you:

• You have a Swiss university degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.); a bar admission or experience in a legal protection insurance company is an advantage
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in advocacy or an insurance company
• The satisfaction of your customers is important to you and you know how to convey even complex issues in an understandable, practical, and customer-oriented manner
• With your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, you develop solutions that are legally convincing and economically sensible
• You are assertive, flexible, and possess strong negotiation skills
• In hectic situations and with demanding cases, you keep a cool head
• You communicate with stylistic confidence and in an appropriate manner in German and French. Further language skills, especially Italian, are a plus
• You naturally and profitably use modern technologies and AI tools in your daily work
