To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Technician international (m/f/d)

Your tasks

In this versatile function, you are the first point of contact for our customers on site and represent our company professionally. With your technical experience and your enthusiasm for technical challenges, you will take on the following tasks independently and responsibly after thorough training; depending on the assignment, alone or in a team.

• Completion of the annual maintenance of our systems - on schedule and according to quality standards
• Troubleshooting and repair assignments at the customer
• You recognize unplanned repairs based on the condition of the system, contact the local contact persons, have contractually agreed work confirmed and carry it out
• After consultation with the customer, you create spare parts recommendations and address possible modernizations
• You guarantee the safety and functionality of the systems
• You maintain relationships with customers and their contact persons
• You create precise and timely reports on the work performed

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, mechatronics technician or a comparable technical training
• Very good electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Knowledge in handling PLC controls as well as with the TIA Portal is an advantage
• High personal responsibility, perseverance and flexibility as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
• High flexibility and willingness for international travel of up to 90 %
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
• Employment in Winterthur (CH) or Ubstadt (D)
