Job Description ##

In the varied role as a Personnel Consultant, you successfully bring people and companies together.

• You create attractive job advertisements, conduct exciting interviews with candidates, and find suitable jobs for them.
• At the same time, you build up your own client portfolio, actively win new companies in the region, and develop existing relationships in the long term.
• You competently advise customers on their personnel needs and bring the right candidates together with the appropriate companies.
• You take over the entire recruiting process from the search for suitable specialists through interviews to successful placement.
• As a central contact person, you stand by both customers and employees with personnel-relevant questions.
• You are also active outside of the office. You represent our company, you contribute your own ideas, and you organize customer and employee events.

We expect ##

• Completed apprenticeship EFZ in main construction or construction sub-sectors (road builder, mason, plumber, painter, roofer, etc.) or at least 2 years of sales experience with a construction background
• Personality with strong communication skills
• Initiative, goal orientation, and enthusiasm for sales activities
• Good PC skills
• You come from Olten or the immediate surroundings and know your way around here
• Driver's license Cat. B
