Join , an independent group specialized for more than 20 years in the design, manufacture and marketing of implantable medical devices in orthopedics, notably for the hip and the knee. Our implants are manufactured in Switzerland and our products are today distributed in 35 countries. As part of the development of our activity in Switzerland, we are looking for a Swiss Business Development Manager, capable of relying on their experience and network to introduce our ranges, open new accounts and sustainably build our presence across the entire Swiss market. ### Your missions * Develop sales of sur across the entire Swiss market by relying on your existing network and opening new accounts * Develop lasting relationships with surgeons, hospitals, clinics and decision-makers in the sector * Present and promote our ranges of implantable medical devices to healthcare professionals * Support the launch of our products and contribute to support for medical teams * Negotiate commercial conditions and ensure the follow-up of contracts and tenders * Analyze the market, the competition and identify growth opportunities * Define and drive your commercial action plan, monitor your objectives and ensure the reporting of your activity * Collaborate with the Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Sales Administration and Group Management teams ### Your profile * Commercial, scientific, medical training or equivalent training * Proven commercial experience in the medical device sector in Switzerland * Experience in the marketing of implantable or surgical medical devices, ideally in orthopedics * Active and already established professional network with surgeons, healthcare establishments and Swiss market players * Successful experience in opening and developing hospital accounts * Experience in the fields of the hip, the knee or the operating room constitutes a real advantage * Availability for regular travel throughout the Swiss territory ### Key skills * Prospecting and development of new accounts * Commercial negotiation and management of hospital accounts * Mastery of sales cycles in the medical and hospital environment * Ability to develop and exploit a professional network * Mastery of tender processes and hospital listing * Ability to present and promote highly technical medical devices * Driving a commercial action plan and monitoring performance * Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy and strong results orientation ### Languages * French: professional mastery indispensable * German: professional mastery indispensable * English: good mastery desired ### We offer you * The opportunity to take a key role in the development of in Switzerland * A true commercial development project with a market to be built * The possibility to promote implants manufactured in Switzerland, closest to our market and our customers * A strategic function with strong autonomy and real responsibilities * Direct contact with Management and the various teams of the group * The possibility to contribute directly to the strategy and development of sur on the Swiss market * Attractive conditions in relation to the experience, responsibilities and results of the position MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY SA * MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY SA Rue d'Airmont 7 2900 Porrentruy * [ ](< >) jpidc69bc6bjm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
