The Hochbauamt represents the interests of the canton as a real estate owner and/or as a client as the construction specialist office of the Canton of Graubünden and is responsible for all real estate management services. This includes the structuring of the real estate portfolio, the planning, realization and management of real estate as well as consultancy.
