Civil engineering team leader in permanent employment (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 3 to 5 employees on the construction site
• Collaborate with a technician to organize and plan the works
• Ensure effective coordination between stakeholders
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and ensure the safety of employees
• Write daily construction reports
• Cultivate team spirit and promote harmonious collaboration between colleagues and all company staff

Profile

• Holder of a CFC in masonry, team leader diploma or equivalent, or 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Operator's license would be an asset
• Adaptability and availability required, with proven skills in organization, leadership and team motivation
• Autonomy, rigor and initiative are highly appreciated, as well as an increased sense of responsibility
• Driver's license mandatory and excellent command of French
• You currently reside or plan to settle in the Martigny region
• Open to candidates from the Aosta Valley
