Your new tasks

• Goods receipt & inspection: You ensure error-free goods receipt by performing systematic quantity and quality controls.
• Shipping management & transport security: You are responsible for the administrative processing of shipping orders and ensure that goods arrive safely and undamaged at the recipient through professional packaging.
• Warehouse & resource management: You optimize warehouse design through clear systematics and ensure the constant availability of packaging and consumable materials.
• Product kitting: You manufacture end products based on specific customer needs, working closely with specialist departments, product management, and sales.
• New product evaluation: You accompany the introduction of new products and evaluate them in close cooperation with specialist departments and product managers.

Your talents and experiences

• Successfully completed vocational training as Elektroinstallateur EFZ, Elektromonteur EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ, Logistiker EFZ, Lagerist EBA or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned or comparable training
• Very good knowledge in the mechanical area or electrical knowledge with ingenuity, imagination & creativity
• Good SAP knowledge (WMS/ERP, material creation, orders, postings)
• Strong technical understanding of Siemens products and quick comprehension of new products
• Experience in strategic procurement or materials management is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and resilient personality with highest accuracy
• Flexibility regarding daily changing product requirements and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills when dealing with various departments
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, basic knowledge of French & English is an advantage
