Currently, we are looking for one of our customers: HAUSWART (m/d/w) 80-100 % Your tasks: • Care and maintenance of properties and technical facilities • Carrying out cleaning, maintenance and inspection work • Maintenance of outdoor facilities (green spaces, paths, etc.) • Minor repairs and handicraft work • Ensuring order, cleanliness and functionality of buildings • Contact person for tenants, customers and external service providers Your profile: • Several years of professional experience as a janitor or in a similar function • Handicraft skills and technical understanding • Independent, reliable and structured way of working • Team-oriented, flexible and resilient • Good German language skills (B1) • Well-groomed appearance What we can offer you: A varied activity in a dynamic company with fair conditions, great further training opportunities and an appreciative way of thinking and acting.
