Starting situation ###

Export is your thing. Import more like -I can do it too, but it doesn't have to be every day-?

For a forwarding company, we are looking for a personality with experience in air freight and a clear focus on export. You will process your shipments independently, take care of customers, airlines and documents, and ensure that the goods get on the right plane on time. Import is also part of it - however on a smaller scale.

Tasks ###

• organizing and monitoring air freight shipments
• creating transport documents/ AWBs
• billing of services
• creating offers
• checking freight documents
• processing complaints
• creating import and/or export documents
• general tasks in the administrative area

Requirements ###

• completed training as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau or in a comparable field
• several years of professional experience in air freight forwarding is an advantage
• sound knowledge of air freight processes and regulations
• practical experience in dealing with customs and dangerous goods regulations

IT ###

MS-Office - good user knowledge

Languages ###

German: m+s very good
English: m+s good knowledge

Special ###

Here the focus is clearly on export. You have your own shipments under control and accompany them from the inquiry to departure. Import is also available - but don't worry, you don't suddenly have to become an import specialist for it. If you can do air freight export and prefer to take action rather than forward, this could fit well.
