Seasonal Job Winery

Assisting in the winery & during the grape harvest – seasonal job Have you always wanted to know how wine is made – and to be right there during the grape harvest and winemaking? To provide support during the harvest season (September – November 2026), I am looking for a committed individual as a cellar and harvest worker (hourly basis). VinAlpin - Weingut & Manufaktur - manages several small vineyards in the Bündner Herrschaft. From the grapes, artisanally produced wines are created, which are fermented, aged, and bottled in Chur. www.vinalpin-weingut.ch You will actively participate in all areas of wine production. This specifically includes: • Cleaning the machines and cleaning the winery • Assisting with the grape harvest • Processing the delivered grapes • Pressing grapes and must • Pumping and treating the wines • Monitoring fermentation as well as transferring must and wine • Filling barriques and amphorae • Carrying out measurements No previous knowledge is required – what is important is your motivation and flexibility. Remuneration is on an hourly basis (approx. 100-150 hours).
