To expand our psychiatry specialist team in Hasle-Rüegsau, we are looking for a motivated and committed Nursing Specialist FH, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Focus Psychiatry 40-60% Working days: Monday to Friday - flexible during office hours Your tasks You coach colleagues managing cases in nursing process control and in complex nursing situations (approx. 10%) You take over case management and nursing organization for your clients Together with the team leader and quality management, you further develop the psychiatry department based on evidence You conduct internal training on subject-specific topics You actively contribute to interdisciplinary projects and strengthen multi-professional cooperation Your profile You have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, psychiatry or several years of experience as a specialist with proven performance records You bring Spitex experience or several years of professional experience in the psychiatric field You are characterized by a constructive mindset with high solution orientation and joy of innovation You communicate clearly, empathically and at eye level You possess a driving license Cat.
