Social Pedagogue (80%)

At Sonnegg, we accompany young women* aged 14 to 18 with behavioral issues and personality disorders who show a high need for support as well as school absenteeism. Our goal is to accompany the young women* on their path to empowerment. We support them with a closely interlocking interdisciplinary approach in the areas of living, school, and therapy.  We are looking for our three residential groups as of 1. October 2026 or by arrangement for a Social Pedagogue (80%) ## Your tasks: • Social pedagogical night accompaniment • Offering a vigilant presence for the young women* of Sonnegg between 21:00 and 7:00 • Relationship design according to KOSS • Taking over household tasks • Taking over administrative tasks in delegation of the reference persons Your profile: • Diploma in Social Pedagogy or Social Work HF/FH • Professional experience in inpatient youth welfare • At least 25 years old • Interest in the "KOSS" methodology and a trauma-sensitive working attitude • Resilience, humor, gender awareness and interest in lobbying for young women* We offer: • lived interdisciplinarity and regular internal exchange forums • a strengthening, humorous and professionally high-level working environment • employment conditions according to the Cantonal guidelines of the Canton of Bern Application: Please send your complete application documents to: Frau Nisha Andres, nisha.andres@sonnegg-belp.ch Telephone: 031 818 83 84 We look forward to your application!
