To strengthen our team, we are looking for an independent, reliable personality with a passion for plants, customer contact, and varied assignments. Your tasks Professional care and maintenance of indoor greening for corporate clients Independent service and watering rounds on-site Monitoring plant condition as well as identifying care and location problems Participation in new projects, installations, and seasonal replacement plantings Direct customer contact on-site Assignments mainly in the Bern, Basel, and Zürich areas Your profile Completed training in the green industry (e.g., Gardener EFZ, floristry, ornamental plants, nurseryman, or comparable) Joy in plants and in working independently Reliable, structured, and customer-oriented way of working Practical thinking and initiative Driver's license category B Good German skills We offer Varied activity in a specialized and growing sector Independent work with personal responsibility Exciting projects and high-quality customer objects Small team with direct exchange Modern indoor greening instead of classic garden maintenance Development opportunities within the company
