We are recruiting a Senior IT Support to strengthen the IT department of our client located in Neuchatel, If you are ready to take on a new challenge, this offer is for you.

Responsibilities:

As a Sr IT Support you resolve N1 and N2 technical and functional tickets across our client's various sites. You diagnose and resolve incidents autonomously or in coordination with internal/external partners. You organize your intervention schedule as well as your travels. You follow up and proactively communicate the progress of the tickets.

Profile:

• ES degree in computer science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical and application support (N1 and N2)
• Good knowledge of MS 365 / Cloud, Windows Server, AD environments
• Good network and security knowledge (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, PowerShell, VPN)
• Fluent French. Good level in English
