Introduction

Auto Rüger AG is a family business founded in Meiringen in 1952 by Paul Rüger. With the succession by the sons Matthias and Albin Rüger, the company expanded to include the operations in Grosshöchstetten and Langnau. Meanwhile, the 3rd generation, with the sons Daniel and Alain, is also active in the business. In 2023, the operation in Huttwil (Touring Garage Huttwil) was added. We are proud employers of around 100 colleagues and service vehicles for around 7000 customers. As an official service partner, we service the brands Volkswagen, VW Nutzfahrzeuge, Seat, Skoda, Audi and Cupra.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Gas Station Shop Employee 60-100% starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Friendly and competent service of our customers
• Sale of products and services in the gas station shop
• Inventory management and shelf maintenance
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the shop
• Support in the implementation of promotional actions
• Cash desk management and settlement
• Baking and preparation of fresh products (sandwiches etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or gastronomy is an advantage
• Friendly and customer-oriented appearance
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts (incl. weekends)
• Early shift - / Late shift - (reduced on weekends)
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Ability to work in a team and resilience
