Work location: Zurich region & Remote Work, part-time from 80% possible Do you want to not only assess IT risks, but actively contribute to ensuring they are transparently managed and sustainably addressed? In this role, you will take on a central task for IT Risks & Controls at Swisscard. You will coordinate and continuously develop the IT Risk & Control Management Framework and ensure its effective anchoring in the company. At the same time, you will support management and specialist departments with sound analyses and practical recommendations. Together with internal and external partners, you will contribute to further developing the resilience and security culture of Swisscard. YOUR TASKS • You accompany IT risks throughout the entire lifecycle and support risk owners in implementing suitable measures. • You maintain a holistic view of IT risks, controls, and measures through independent assessments. • You identify gaps, dependencies, and optimization opportunities at an early stage, thereby strengthening the sustainable development of governance. • You analyze relevant threats and developments and assess their impact on the IT risk and control landscape. • You coordinate cooperation with auditors, the parent group, and internal partners and ensure an effective exchange. • You advise projects and specialist departments on IT risk, control, and governance issues and contribute your perspective clearly and in a solution-oriented manner. YOUR PROFILE • You bring experience in one or more of the following areas: IT Risk Management, IT Governance, Information Security, Internal Controls, Audit, or a comparable environment. • You enjoy working with management, governance bodies, and various stakeholders. • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field is a good basis. Just as important to us are your experience, your holistic view, and your motivation to effectively advance topics. • You can explain technical matters understandably and clearly engage different target groups. • You communicate in German and English with high proficiency and in an audience-appropriate manner, both written and oral.
