Your tasks with the new employer • Take overall responsibility for operational Human Resources Management with the support of an HR employee in a part-time capacity • You manage all HR processes from recruitment through support to personnel development • Together with the management and the leaders, you develop practical HR solutions, advise competently on all personnel-relevant issues, and actively accompany organizational changes • You responsibly carry out the entire payroll administration including social insurance, withholding tax, and annual financial statements • You continuously analyze existing HR processes, develop them specifically, and effectively contribute your experience to cross-departmental projects as well as organizational development You offer your new employer • You have completed further training as an HR Specialist with a federal diploma (HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidg.
