The Diagnostic Department, composed of eight medical services, has the mission to provide diagnostics, therapeutic products, therapeutic acts, and specialized clinical consultations, of high medical quality, in the shortest possible time and at an acceptable cost, to guide the care of female and male patients and contribute to therapeutic decisions and actions. The Radiology Service has the main mission of performing diagnostic radiology examinations and therapeutic interventions under guidance of various imaging techniques. This clinical activity includes approximately 220-000 examinations and 5-000 diagnostic and therapeutic acts per year, a significant part of which is provided on a 24/24h basis. The medical team of the Radiology Service also conducts more than 300 multidisciplinary colloquiums per month, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Medical Radiology Technician HES Primo-Emploi 2026 - 100% As part of your mission, you assume, under the medical responsibility of the radiologist, the global and adapted care of the patient population for the purpose of performing diagnostic examinations and treatments. You ensure their safety, that of the people accompanying them, as well as that of all stakeholders. You guarantee the quality of the results and the procedures chosen in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic acts and you master the technological means according to the progress of your professional career. You also take charge of the coordination, organization, and management of radiological acts by mobilizing human and technical resources, thus assisting the male or female radiologist during their diagnostic or therapeutic acts. You offer supervision and clinical teaching that is evolving and adapted to the different types of learners and you update your own knowledge. Finally, you participate in development and research, you contribute to the improvement of procedures and working methods as well as to the development of the profession. Qualifications You hold, or are in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor of Science HES in Medical Radiology Technique, class of 2026, and you wish to join the care teams of the HUG. A spirit of teamwork, cooperation, and initiative are necessary to succeed in this mission, as well as good stress management.
