Your tasks * Professional nursing and care of our residents * Implementation of the nursing process * Taking over daily responsibility after the induction period * Active co-design and participation in the training of learners in healthcare professions. What you bring with you * Completion as Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit or an equivalently recognized training * Passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes * Very good oral and written German skills * Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards.
