The personnel service provider has been sustainably positioned in the market for many years, enjoys an excellent reputation, and offers versatile services in the areas of Executive Search, Interim Management, HR Consulting, Coaching, and Assessment.   Owner / Managing Director (m/f) What to expect: • Entrepreneurial and operational overall responsibility with plenty of scope for design regarding future direction (especially own personnel design) • Maintenance and further development of own and existing customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new projects or mandates • Personal involvement in demanding search, interim, and consulting tasks as well as general market development measures and general service activities surrounding the HR Lifecycle • Professional and functioning infrastructure with office premises in Zürich including a long-term lease, modern IT systems, established web presence, and a well-established support network • Careful and personal handover by the current ownership as well as attractive and realistic takeover conditions with various financing options   What you bring: • Several years of specialist and possibly leadership experience in a service and/or consulting environment (Human Resources, Executive Search, Consulting, sales, or comparable areas) • Convincing track record in connection with a comprehensive sales and/or management function in a local SME • Sound, general basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in the direction of business administration, marketing, human resources, law, or similar disciplines • Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and a strong desire to take on responsibility and to develop and establish yourself as an independent owner • Entrepreneurial, decisive personality, age from 35/40, residing in the Greater Zurich/Eastern Switzerland region, local, personal anchoring in the region recommended, HR network of great advantage, perfect German in spoken and written form, any further language is an advantage     Can we inspire you to take THE decisive role in a competent and versatile small company with character and personality?
