Operations Agent at 100% CDI - Concierge service

Following the upcoming departure of an employee, and as part of a reorganization of its road maintenance department, the Municipalité de Jorat-Mézières is advertising the following position: Operations Agent at 100% (concierge service) with solid skills in the maintenance and technical upkeep of buildings. Main missions: Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of a group of municipal buildings and their exteriors as well as sports facilities. Coordinate the activities of the personnel in charge of cleaning. Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations, remedy simple breakdowns. Perform small repairs. Provide various services in the context of room rentals. Provide occasional assistance in the other road maintenance departments (during holidays). Winter on-call service. Your profile: Holder of a CFC as an Operations Agent (concierge option) or a CFC in a building trade with confirmed experience in the field of activity. You have technical and manual ease as well as a good understanding of buildings (technical installations, systems and equipment). Knowledge of cleaning products, materials and techniques as well as hygiene and storage rules. Confirmed experience in the management and supervision of teams. You are organized, have a sense of responsibility, and are capable of taking initiative. You have a customer orientation and are endowed with an excellent team spirit, while knowing how to work autonomously. You have the certification of in-company trainer, an asset. Good physical condition required. Driving license cat. B indispensable, trailer license an asset. In order to ensure winter services and rapid interventions in case of need, you are domiciled in the Commune or in the immediate vicinity. Start date: immediately or to be agreed. Information: M.
