With your expertise and careful way of working, you check hospital bills, clarify benefit claims, and engage in exchange with the insured and service providers. In this way, you make an important contribution to high-quality and smooth benefit processing.

What you achieve daily

• You check customer files, process inquiries regarding cost coverage, and, if necessary, obtain medical information from service providers.
• Incoming basic insurance invoices from the insured and service providers are controlled, validated, and compensated by you reliably and in a timely manner.
• You assist our customers and service providers competently and in a service-oriented manner by telephone and via e-mail.

What you bring to the team

• You have completed training in the para-(medical), commercial, or a comparable field and want to get to know the health insurance industry.
• Exact and independent working brings you joy and is one of your strengths.
• At the same time, you value teamwork and set clear priorities with a focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language round off your profile.
