For our new building Dreiklang, we are expanding the education team. We are looking for committed vocational trainers in nursing for medicine, surgery, child and woman, who will promote our trainees and actively shape the nursing of tomorrow.

Your tasks

• You accompany and promote learners (FaGe) as well as nursing students HF/FH on their way to becoming nursing specialists.
• You actively participate in shaping the learning process – from planning and support to evaluation – and thus contribute to a practical and successful education.
• With commitment, you lead educational zones and participate as an expert in educational completions.
• As a competent contact person, you advise nursing specialists on training issues and support new employees in accompanying learners and students.
• Together with the ward management and subject matter experts, you contribute to the organization and further development of the department and actively help shape the future of training.
• Fixed accompaniment days, individual individual accompaniments, as well as regular office days.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH and ideally bring at least two years of professional experience.
• You have already completed pedagogical further training (SVEB I) or you are motivated to acquire it.
• Experience in accompanying learners and students, for example as a daily accompaniment person, is an advantage.
• You convince through your professional competence, your ability to work in a team and your strong communication skills.
• In dealing with learners and students, you act appreciatively, supportively and as an authentic role model.
• Organizational skills, social and self-competence as well as confident handling of common Office applications round off your profile.
