To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as HR Specialist with focus on Payroll (a) 80% Your day You are, together with a team of 2 other people (part-time), fully responsible for our payroll administration including payroll account reconciliation with financial accounting You are co-responsible for a correct accounting annual financial statement and all associated year-end work You carry out registrations and deregistrations, processing as well as billing/settlement of social insurances (AHV, IV, EO, MSE, ALV, BVG, KIZU, withholding tax and personal insurances) You manage absence management and calculate, among other things, vacation reductions You create various statistics and reportings on HR-relevant data You create, support and process commission/bonus settlements You act as a team player and support your team colleagues in the entire HR lifecycle as needed You are interested in the further development of our HR processes and actively drive them forward You participate in payroll and general HR projects Your profile You have successfully completed a commercial basic training with further training as a Personnel Assistant / Payroll Manager or comparable training You have already gained professional experience in a comparable function You have extensive knowledge in the area of Swiss labor and social insurance law You are IT-savvy and have good Excel skills You bring high flexibility, resilience as well as service orientation You live the team spirit and contribute with a lot of commitment at all times You are an organizational talent, work independently and precisely You possess very good German and English skills Your French skills enable you to conduct simple conversations with employees and authorities We offer you a varied and challenging activity with a lot of individual responsibility.
