METHODS AGENT / STOCK MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (M/F/X)
Main mission
At our new production site in Gampelen (BE), you will report to the Methods Manager and will be responsible for organizing and optimizing manufacturing processes. In an intermediary position, you will ensure coordination between the methods office and the production workshops. These missions represent 70% of your activity.
In addition, you will intervene in support of stock management, by ensuring the packaging of our tools, monitoring levels, updating data and ensuring proper supply according to needs and storage capacities. This support represents 30% of your activity.
Your main tasks
Calculation of special tool offers by integrating technical and economic constraints
Develop, monitor and optimize manufacturing processes
Define tool families and design geometries adapted to customer needs
Develop manufacturing processes, structure bills of materials and coordinate production launches (close and regular contact with Production)
Create, stabilize, update basic technical data on Proconcept
Conduct calls for tender and consult specialized suppliers
Manage receiving and storage operations
Condition and pack items
Prepare orders (delivery note, various orders…) and ship items
Monitor stock and manage inventories to guarantee optimal supply
Your profile
Basic training in mechanics (CFC) in the industrial field, any additional training such as ES Technician (operations or process) is a serious plus
Previous experience in stock management is an asset
Experience in a methods or industrialization office, a plus
Any activity in the manufacture of cutting tools, a plus
Good skill in reading plans
Very good mastery of usual IT tools and ERPs (Proconcept, a serious asset)
Analytical, synthesis and organizational spirit
Good communication skills and team spirit
