Bern, Switzerland \| 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution <br /> • Ensure operational support to cantonal services and unemployment funds in Switzerland • Manage operational processes related to the subsections <<(Pre-) notification ILR and IPI>> • Constantly develop the payment system and the portal (Job-Room) • Ensure effective operation through planning activities • Provide coaching and assistance to the executing bodies on operational and strategic issues • Lead initiatives and projects aimed at the further development of business processes <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Professional title, ideally accompanied by continuing education (preferably at the HF, FH, UAS, or equivalent level), in business administration, project and/or process management • Several years of professional experience and in project management within the scope of the execution of the ACA constitutes an advantage • Motivated and resilient person, with good interpersonal skills and assertiveness • Autonomy and dedication • Good writing skills • Good active knowledge, written and oral, of two official languages and passive knowledge of a third <br /> In summary The Labor Directorate of SECO is part of the competence center for the main issues relating to labor market policy and unemployment insurance (ACA). The Labor Market/Unemployment Insurance service area is responsible for the application of the ACA law. The Operational Support to executing bodies (CAD) group is part of the Market and Integration sector and operates in areas relating to executing bodies, insured persons, IT, and policy. In this context, the group develops strategies and deals with operational implementation, thereby supporting the executing bodies.
