As part of a temporary mission within a luxury Maison specializing in leather goods, we are looking for a Sales Advisor at 80 %, passionate about the luxury universe and particularly attentive to the quality of the customer experience.

Main responsibilities
Welcome and advise a local and international clientele with elegance and professionalism,
Identify the needs and expectations of customers in order to offer them a personalized experience,
Present and promote the leather goods collections as well as the savoir-faire and history of the Maison,
Develop a privileged customer relationship and actively contribute to their loyalty,
Accompany the customer in their purchasing process and achieve the set commercial objectives,
Ensure personalized follow-up with the clientele and develop a long-term relationship,
Ensure the perfect presentation of products and compliance with the standards of the Maison,
Participate in the daily management of the boutique: tidying, replenishment, stocks and inventories,
Contribute to maintaining an irreproachable sales environment, corresponding to the requirements of the luxury sector,
Actively participate in the team life and contribute to the achievement of collective objectives.
Profile sought
Experience in sales, ideally acquired in the luxury, leather goods, fashion, jewelry or watchmaking universe,
Excellent presentation and a developed sense of customer service,
Strong sensitivity to the luxury universe and exceptional products,
Excellent interpersonal skills and true customer orientation,
Sense of listening, elegance, discretion and attention to detail,
Dynamism, autonomy, rigor and team spirit,
Ease with an international and multicultural clientele,
Very good command of French and English; knowledge of another language is an asset.
