Das Buchseegut Köniz is part of the social work of the Heilsarmee Schweiz. We accompany and support people with a disability in the areas of living, work and leisure.
To complement our housekeeping team, we are looking for a housekeeping specialist. The position is ideal for starting in agogic work.

Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the cleaning of the general rooms as well as the
• residents' rooms involving residents
• Participation in intermediate and basic cleanings in the overall institution
• Guiding, accompanying and supporting employees with an adapted workplace
• Use in the laundry if required
• Assumption of additional operational tasks according to suitability and interest

What you bring with you

• Completed vocational training as Fachperson Hauswirtschaft EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Some years of professional experience as well as good German skills
• Independent, resilient and flexible personality with a portion of humor
• Respectful, appreciative and benevolent interaction with employees with an adapted workplace as well as with the residents
• Identification with the mission statement and the values of our institution
