Your tasks

• Active sale of our products on the phone
• Consulting & support: You are the first point of contact for our customers - competent, friendly and solution-oriented
• Quotation and order management: You maintain an overview from the inquiry to the complaint
• Telephone maintenance of existing customer relationships
• First contact person in sales for customers and field service
• Administrative processing and maintenance of customer and order data

What characterizes you

• Completed commercial or manual vocational training as well as ideally experience in sales or telephone sales
• Product knowledge in the field of construction or automotive trades
• Communication skills and negotiation strength
• High level of commitment and success orientation
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel) and SAP
• Very good oral and written German and Italian skills (min. B2), optionally French
