Your everyday life

As a Junior Project Manager Flooring, you accompany projects from preparation to successful handover. In doing so, you work closely with customers, suppliers, construction management, and the installation teams. Step by step, you take on more responsibility and develop towards independent project management.

What you will tackle

• Support in the planning and organization of flooring projects
• Supervision and coordination of construction sites and installation teams
• Taking measurements directly on the construction site
• Assistance in the preparation of offers and calculations
• Ordering and coordination of materials
• Schedule planning and coordination with customers, construction management, and suppliers
• Control of quality, deadlines, and completed work
• Support during acceptances and project completions
• Processing of reports, supplements, and project documentation
• Gradual takeover of your own projects

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Flooring/Parquet Layer EFZ or comparable training in the construction or interior finishing sector
• Initial professional experience in the field of flooring is an advantage
• Interest in project management, organization, and customer contact
• Technical understanding and good spatial awareness
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Joy in working with customers and craftsmen
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of common MS-Office programs
• Driver's license category B
