Your tasks

• Ensure smooth and breakdown-free production as well as rapid analysis and resolution of machine breakdowns
• Guarantee the availability and operational capacity of the installations for industrial sheet metal work and powder coating
• Perform mechanical maintenance, servicing, and repair work on machines, equipment, and production installations
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new installations and machines
• Create sketches as well as manufacture templates and tools in close collaboration with the construction department
• Develop and implement technical solutions to continuously stabilize, optimize, and improve production processes

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training as an automation technician, polymechanic, production mechanic, or in a comparable professional field
• Ideally several years of professional experience in maintenance or servicing in an industrial production environment
• Solid mechanical knowledge as well as a good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Experience in conventional turning and milling
• Knowledge of electrical engineering is an advantage
• Practical, solution-oriented personality, with great personal initiative and a strong sense of quality
• Autonomous, reliable, and structured way of working
• Availability for occasional on-call services as well as flexible working hours
