• Ensure the necessary availability and readiness to supply material at a Swiss level, ensure the procurement of assigned systems, spare parts, and replenishment goods
• Daily monitor the situation regarding requirements/actuals and order management measures if necessary
• Manage and assign mandates for the restoration of efficiency of systems and parts in circulation
• Define and ensure the updating and management of parameters relevant to disposal (master data)
• Optimize capital liquidation (goods in stock) and supervise assigned credits
• Develop concepts for the sector and collaborate on projects

What distinguishes you

• Basic technical or commercial training
• Additional training as a logistics specialist, business technician, ST business technician, or equivalent training
• In-depth knowledge of IT and SAP R/3 (modules MM, PM and FI/CO)
• Written and oral knowledge of a second official language
• Military advancement constitutes an advantage

The Swiss Army Logistics Base (BLEs) is at the disposal of the troops. It provides all logistical services in favor of the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems, and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
